We're Doug's Bump Shop, and we've been an auto body shop here in Pittsfield, IL, since 2013. We provide high-quality work, superior customer service, and genuine personal care with astute attention to detail. We offer collision repair, auto bodywork, dent removal, and much more. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Pike, Scott, Morgan, Brown, and Adams counties. We'd like to personally invite you today to contact us for all your auto body needs. Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes! Doug’s Bump Shop works with all insurance companies. No matter who your provider is, we’ll coordinate directly with them to ensure your repair process is smooth and stress-free.

I’ve never filed a claim before. Can you help me through it?

Absolutely. Whether it’s your first time or it’s just been a while, Doug will personally walk you through the entire process—from the initial estimate to final repairs. We make sure you understand every step and have everything you need.

Will you explain the estimate to me?

Yes! Doug takes the time to go over the estimate line by line, so you know exactly what’s being repaired and why. No surprises—just honest, clear communication.
